Travel Advisory - TAM Airlines: Due to the accident in Sao Paulo Brazil which killed over 180 people
in July 2007, the Sao Paulo lines of TAM Airlines have been shut down. This is creating grid lock on
TAM Airlines Routes and on a recent trip to Brazil TAM failed to make proper accommodations for
a cancellation of a flight connecting to our international flights back to the US. The flight was from Santarem to Manaus.
BE WARNED.. TAM Airlines Schedules are subject to change and or cancellation at any
time and may cause you to lose a trip to the interior, of Brazil, or back to your home country.
Our trip resulted in being booked on a discount airline which then charged an extra fee for our
Fishing Rod Holders. TAM made money from out booking and failed to cover the extra cost associated with the transfer.
