Barren is one of the best producing Largemouth Bass Fishing Lakes in Kentucky.   The average weight for a 5 fish limit winning a tournament at this lake is over 15 pounds.  Barren is also home to Trophy Size Hybrid Stripers and large Crappie that will make a fine mess of fish for the dinner table. Jesse's largest stringer of bass is over 30 pounds.  7.3/ 6.8/ 5.75/ 5.75/ 5.25! Caught in a 30 minute period one day, but I will let Jesse tell you the story. 49.5 pounds!!!!!
